Our biozentrale Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP is a balsamic vinegar produced according to a traditional recipe. The abbreviation IGP stands for ‘Indicazione geografica protetta’, the Italian designation for protected geographical specifications. Our fine balsamic vinegar is made from selected grapes. The traditional production method gives it its deep dark brown colour and its unmistakable sweet and sour taste. Perfect for fresh Mediterranean cuisine, e.g. to enhance salads or traditional tomato and mozzarella dishes.
