Take the package content into approx. 400-500 ml hot water, let swell for 15-20 minutes. Form hamburgers aut of the mass and fry in hot oil.
Our tip: you can freeze the finished, refined patties well. In the oven (approx. 20 minutes at 100 °C top/bottom heat) or warmed in the toaster, the patties become crispy again.
