Maize is gluten free by nature. As a result of processing and production of the flour, traces of gluten may be present in the maize flour, since cereals containing gluten are processed on the same equipment.
Our tip: use our maize flour for flat breads, tortillas, quiches, pancakes, or to bake sweet creations.
