Our Spanish biozentrale native olive oil extra is obtained by gentle cold-press extraction from carefully selected olives. With its original, aromatic taste and its high content of mono-unsaturates, our olive oil is particularly suitable for cold preparation, e.g. to enhance your Mediterranean salads or Caprese (tomato & mozzarella). Also available as 100 ml bottle.
