Our Spanish biozentrale native olive oil extra is obtained by gentle cold-press extraction from carefully selected olives. With its original, aromatic taste and its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, our olive oil is particularly suitable for cold preparation, e.g. to enhance your Mediterranean salads, sauces or Caprese (tomato & mozzarella). Also available as a 500 ml bottle.
