Preheat the oven to 230°C upper and lower heat. Mix the package content with 400 ml cold water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Knead the mixture and shape with wet hands into an oval loaf of bread. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for 70 minutes in the middle of the oven. Let the finished bread cool down and store it in an air-premeable container or a papier bag.
