With our biozentrale baking mixture seed bread hemp seed & linseed, you can now bake fresh, crusty juicy bread quickly and easily by yourself. All you need is water and then shape the bread loaf as you like.
Without flour, baking powder and yeast, but with wholemeal oat flakes, seeds and kernels, our seed bread scores as a high-fiber protein source. The hemp seeds provide a nutty taste. Also try our baking mixture for seed bread chia & linseed.

Preheat the oven to 230°C upper and lower heat. Mix the package content with 400 ml cold water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Knead the mixture and shape with wet hands into an oval loaf of bread. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for 70 minutes in the middle of the oven. Let the finished bread cool down and store it in an air-premeable container or a papier bag.
