Our biozentrale spelt bran is wonderfully delicate and a perfect base for a delicious and varied breakfast. The gentle cultivation of the ancient grain makes our spelt bran a naturally high-fibre protein source. During the careful production process, the raw spelt is peeled, cleaned and then ground, producing bran as well as flour. The spelt bran is not heated during this process.
Our tip: use our spelt bran for your fresh muesli creations or to bake bread. But our spelt bran is also perfect as topping for yoghurts, quark or smoothies. Also available: biozentrale oat bran.
